Tailored training for your organisation

We provide bespoke training sessions for organisations in education, health, and social care. Whether your goal is to build staff confidence, embed PDA aware practices, or foster a more inclusive environment, we can create a session that meets your team’s specific needs.

All of our training is delivered by facilitators with valuable lived and professional experience of PDA. This includes PDAers themselves, as well as parents, carers, and professionals with direct experience of supporting PDAers in educational, health, or social care settings.

This combination of perspectives ensures our training is authentic, relatable, and grounded in real world practice.

“Very interesting and enlightening. It will help me to adapt my approach to some of the students that I teach, build positive relationships and improve outcomes for all.”

Consultancy services

Expert guidance shaped by lived experience and professional insight.

Whether you’re an education provider, health organisation, local authority, or care service, our consultancy support is designed to help you better understand and respond to Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA).

We work alongside professionals, leaders, and teams to build PDA-aware practice, develop inclusive environments, and improve outcomes for autistic individuals with a PDA profile. Our consultancy is flexible, bespoke, and rooted in real-world experience.

“We enjoyed the personal element of being able to discuss our pupil and know that the people we were speaking to had lived experience of PDA.”
