Our peer support sessions provide a safe, supportive space for parents to connect with other parents who understand the challenges they are facing. These sessions are parent-led discussions, not expert Q&A sessions, and focus on sharing experiences, ideas and strategies with one another.

Each session focuses on one specific topic (for example, EBSA), which is shared in advance so parents can decide whether the session feels relevant for them.

Subscribers can attend free of charge. Non-subscribers are welcome to purchase a place.

What to Expect

– A session focused on one shared topic
– A short introduction from the hosts explaining the format and discussion prompts
– Small breakout groups of around five parents
– Time to talk, listen, reflect and share experiences
– Opportunities to return to the main group to share ideas and themes
– A respectful, non-judgemental and supportive environment

About the Format (Important to Read)

These sessions are facilitated peer support spaces, not training or consultancy sessions.

While the hosts guide the session and help structure discussions, they are not able to provide individual advice, professional recommendations or solutions for specific children. As we do not work directly with individual children, any strategies discussed are shared in a general, experience-based way and may not be suitable for every family.

The value of these sessions lies in connection, shared understanding and reflection, rather than expert-led answers.

Who Is This For?

– Parents and carers who want to connect with others facing similar challenges
– Those who value shared experiences over expert-led advice
– Parents looking for supportive discussion rather than formal training

You do not need to prepare anything in advance — just come as you are.
