What is PDA?

Recording aprox 2 hours

This session is designed for parents, carers, and professionals who want to better understand the PDA (Pathological Demand Avoidance) profile of autism.

It offers a helpful introduction to PDA, including an overview of what it is, what we mean by “demands,” and how these can affect individuals with the profile. We will explore the nature of demand avoidance, share practical approaches that can help, and signpost further resources for those wishing to deepen their knowledge.
