What is PDA? – Introductory session
All our courses are delivered by training facilitators with valuable lived experience of PDA as PDAers themselves, parents, carers, partners, family members or professionals working with PDAers.
Our “What is PDA?” course is a welcoming introductory session designed to provide a clear overview of Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). It is suitable for parents, carers, and professionals supporting PDA children and young people — whether formally diagnosed, self-identified, or still exploring the profile, up to the age of 18.
Families supporting young people aged 18 and over are very welcome to attend; however, please note that this session does not cover adult-specific approaches or strategies due to time constraints.
If you are seeking a CPD-accredited training option, you can explore our CPD courses here.
