Overview

As a special bonus episode for the festive period, the PDA Society invites you to pause, rest and immerse yourself in a gentle Soundbath from Sarah at Forgotten Forest.

A sound bath uses layers of sound and vibration, created through instruments such as singing bowls, rainmakers and natural soundscapes, to support relaxation and nervous system regulation. Listeners are encouraged to find a comfortable position and simply notice the sounds as they ebb and flow, without any expectation to do or achieve anything.

This soundbath offers a quiet, low-demand space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and experience a sense of calm. It can be listened to lying down or sitting comfortably, and revisited whenever rest, grounding or sensory relief is needed.

We highly recommend headphones with this episode.
