The PDA Society is delighted to share this recorded webinar from our Q&A series, exploring different topics to support PDA people and their families. 

In this Q&A session, we explore employment and the reasonable adjustments that can help individuals settle into work, contribute effectively, and bring their best selves to the workplace.

PDA Society lead trainer Sarah is joined by two experts by experience:

  • SD (Sausage Dog) – a PDA adult and employee sharing lived experience
  • Suzanne Eusman – Head of Specialist Employment Services at Autism Plus

Together, Sarah, SD, and Suzanne discuss questions submitted in advance, offering practical insights, personal perspectives, and professional guidance on supporting PDA individuals in employment.
